Exchanges

Laxmi Opticians provides an exchange and return policy for online purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the product. The following conditions apply

  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, including tags and labels.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required.
  • Prescription lenses, custom-made eyewear, and personalized products are not eligible for exchange or return unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. Contact lenses and eye care products can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return or exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our criteria for exchange. If approved, we will provide you with options for exchanging the product, subject to availability. Any price difference between the exchanged products may be payable by you or refunded to you, as applicable.

If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, we will process it via the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges and may take a certain period of time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that this exchange and return policy is specific to online purchases at www.laxmiopticians.com. For in-store purchases, please refer to the policies displayed at our physical stores.
